WHO ADMINISTERS THE IV'S?

We have an AMAZING team of registered nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA) and Doctors (MD). Most of our in-home infusion specialists are Registered Nurses that work in hospitals around NYC as their main job so their IV skills are the best. 

HOW MUCH IV COSTS?

Our IV starts at $189 for basic hydration and immune booster, and up to $399 for Anti-aging IV. Booster shot are not included and can cost 40$ and up. Additionally, we will charge $70 travel fee for our concierge service.

WHEN NURSE WILL ARRIVE?

Usually within 2 hours depends on availability.

HOW LONG DOES THE INFUSION TAKES?

The drip will usually take 45-60 mins depending what package you get and how big your veins are.

WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?

Becuase we use the highest quality medical supplies, and industy best IV vitamins volumes, and the best medical professions, the costs add up. Currently, we only offer in home/office/hotel service which requires one of our highly skilled registered nurses to come to you. This means you get a personal medical professional for around an hour (plus travel). This service would cost 3x in a doctor's office and $1000's in a hospital.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

 

We currently do not accept insurance.

 

DO YOU HAVE GROUP DISCOUNTS?

IV Concierge offers customized direct-delivery IV drip treatment services for private parties and events, large and small, as well as birthday parties and bachelor and bachelorette parties. We are available all across New Jersey and the New York City area.

We offer 20% discount for groups 3+, and additionally you will save on travel fee.

REFUND POLICY.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, in the event that our medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund.

CANCELATION POLICY.

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELATION. 

IV CONCIERGE understands that situations may arise that require you to cancel or postpone your appointment. We kindly request 24-hours notice be provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $100 fee will be charged for appointments not canceled within the 24-hour cancelation policy window.
